LUXER employs bank-grade encryption standards (TLS 1.3 / AES-256) to protect data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We implement strict access controls and permission management to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information. Your data will be retained throughout the validity period of your account. After account cancellation, records will be retained as required by applicable laws (minimum 2 years, maximum 7 years).

LUXER is a private lifestyle and social platform for high-net-worth individuals, offering member-exclusive services including airport concierge transfers, Michelin restaurant reservations, premium event ticketing, private island bookings, luxury matchmaking, hotel reservations, exclusive circle gatherings, and themed dinner events (collectively, the "Services").

LUXER 是面向高净值人士的私享生活与社交平台，提供机场礼宾接机、米其林餐厅预约、顶级赛事票务、私人岛屿度假、高端相亲、豪华酒店预订、私密圈子聚会及主题晚宴等会员专属服务（以下统称"服务"）。

By using the LUXER platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or use LUXER services.

使用 LUXER 平台即表示您同意遵守本使用条款（"条款"）。如您不同意本条款，请勿注册或使用 LUXER 服务。

2. Membership Eligibility 2. 会员资格

LUXER membership is by invitation or application review. Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age and have full civil capacity;

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information and identity documentation;

• Pass LUXER's review and be confirmed as a high-net-worth individual or elite professional;

• Have no criminal record and not be listed on any industry blacklist;

• Agree to and comply with these Terms and LUXER's Member Code of Conduct.
• 同意并遵守本条款及 LUXER 会员行为规范。

LUXER reserves the final decision-making authority on applicant eligibility and is not obligated to explain reasons for application rejection.

LUXER 保留对申请人资格审核的最终决定权，无需对拒绝申请的原因进行解释。

3. Account Registration & Security 3. 账户注册与安全

Members are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials (username and password) and bear full responsibility for all activities under their account. Any losses resulting from unauthorized account use shall be borne by the member. If you discover any account anomaly, you must notify LUXER immediately.

会员有责任妥善保管其账户凭证（账号、密码），对账户下的一切活动承担完全责任。未经授权使用账户导致的损失由会员自行承担。如发现账户异常，应立即通知 LUXER。

Each member is limited to one LUXER account. Accounts are non-transferable, non-lendable, non-inheritable, and may not be used for any commercial purposes.

每位会员仅限注册一个 LUXER 账户。账户不可转让、出借、继承或用于任何商业目的。

4. Service Usage Guidelines 4. 服务使用规范

Members must adhere to the following code of conduct when using LUXER services:

• Do not use the LUXER platform for any illegal, non-compliant, or public order-violating activities;
• 不得利用 LUXER 平台从事任何违法、违规或违背公序良俗的活动；
• Do not harass, threaten, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and privacy of other members;
• 不得骚扰、威胁、侵犯其他会员的合法权益或隐私；
• Do not post false information, impersonate others, or engage in any fraudulent behavior;
• 不得发布虚假信息、冒充他人身份或进行任何欺诈行为；
• Do not use services for commercial sales, pyramid schemes, or other unauthorized profit-making activities;
• 不得利用服务从事商业销售、传销、代理或其他未经授权的营利活动；
• Respect LUXER's partner merchants and service personnel, and comply with their venue rules;
• 尊重 LUXER 合作商户及服务人员，遵守其场所规定；
• Do not transfer, discount, or otherwise provide membership benefits to third parties.
• 不得将会员权益转让、折价转让或以其他方式供第三方使用。

Violations of the above guidelines may result in service suspension, account cancellation, or legal liability.

All content on the LUXER platform (including but not limited to the "LUXER" trademark, Logo, design, text, images, videos, software, and databases) is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without authorization. User-generated content uploaded to the platform retains its intellectual property rights with the member, but the member grants LUXER a worldwide, free, irrevocable license to use such content for platform operations and promotion.

LUXER 平台的所有内容（包括但不限于商标" LUXER "、Logo、设计、文字、图片、影像、软件及数据库）均受知识产权法律保护，未经授权不得复制、修改、传播或商业使用。会员上传至平台的用户内容，其知识产权归会员所有，但会员授予 LUXER 全球范围内免费、不可撤销的使用许可，用于平台运营与推广。

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability 7. 免责声明与责任限制

LUXER shall not be liable for the following circumstances:

• Losses or damages caused by the member's own actions;
• 因会员自身原因造成的损失或损害；
• Losses resulting from the service quality, delays, or defaults of third parties (partner merchants, event organizers, hotels, etc.);
• 因第三方（合作商户、赛事主办方、酒店等）提供的服务质量、延误或违约导致的损失；
• Inability to provide services due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, war, government actions, etc.);
• 因不可抗力（自然灾害、疫情、战争、政府行为等）导致服务无法正常提供；
• Service interruptions caused by network failures, system maintenance, hacker attacks, or other technical issues;
• 因网络故障、系统维护、黑客攻击等技术问题导致的服务中断；
• Private disputes arising between members during private events (we encourage resolution through legal channels).
• 会员在私密活动中与其他会员产生的私人纠纷（我们鼓励通过法律途径解决）。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUXER's total liability shall not exceed the total amount the member actually paid for the relevant services.

在法律允许的最大范围内，LUXER 的赔偿责任不超过会员为相关服务实际支付的费用总额。

8. Changes to These Terms 8. 条款变更

LUXER reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will automatically take effect 7 days after publication. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes (such as fee adjustments or privacy policy modifications) will be notified via platform notification, SMS, or email at least 30 days in advance.

LUXER 保留随时修改本条款的权利。修改后的条款将于更新后7日内自动生效，届时继续使用服务即视为接受新条款。重大修改（如涉及费用调整、隐私政策变更）将通过平台通知或短信/邮件提前30日告知。

LUXER offers three membership tiers, each with different service benefits and usage limits:

Membership is effective from the date of successful payment and is valid for one year (365 days). LUXER will send renewal reminders via SMS and email 30 days before expiration. If not renewed on time, membership automatically terminates and all benefits cease immediately. If fees are adjusted at renewal, the newly published fees shall apply.

会员会籍自付款成功之日起生效，有效期为一年（365天）。会籍到期前30日，LUXER 将通过短信及邮件提醒续费。逾期未续费，会籍自动终止，相关权益即时失效。续费时如遇费用调整，以届时公示的新费用为准。

3. Membership Downgrade & Termination 3. 会籍降级与终止

Members may terminate their membership at any time. Membership fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining service period (excluding services already consumed). LUXER reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership in the following circumstances without refund:

会员可随时申请终止会籍，会费按剩余服务期折算退还（已消费服务部分不退）。LUXER 有权在以下情况下终止或暂停会员会籍，无需退款：

• Serious violations of these Terms or the Member Code of Conduct;
• 会员严重违反本条款或会员行为规范；
• Use of LUXER for illegal activities or conduct that damages the LUXER brand reputation;
• 会员利用 LUXER 从事违法活动或损害 LUXER 品牌声誉的行为；
• Submission of false application materials or impersonation of others;
• 会员提交虚假申请材料或冒用他人身份；
• Harassment, threats, or violence directed at LUXER staff, partner merchants, or third parties.
• 会员对 LUXER 工作人员、合作商户或第三方进行骚扰、威胁或暴力行为。

4. Privacy & Confidentiality Obligations 4. 隐私保密义务

LUXER members are obligated to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the personal information of other members learned through the platform or at private events, and must not disclose such information to any third party. Members who violate this confidentiality obligation shall bear all legal liability arising therefrom, and LUXER reserves the right to pursue legal action.

LUXER 会员有义务对在平台及私享活动中了解到的其他会员个人信息予以严格保密，不得向任何第三方披露。违反此保密义务的会员须承担由此引起的一切法律责任，LUXER 保留追究的权利。
